The 2013–14 CS Mindelense season were in the island and top division of Cape Verdean football. They would be placed second in the island. As they were the 2013 national league winners, the team achieved entry into the national level. The club had their four-week winning streak and winning against Batuque, Castilho, Ribeira Bote and Falcões in the first four matches. Their second match would have the highest number of goals scored by the away team in the season. They lost the fifth match to Amarantes but defeated Ponta d'Pom with five goals in their sixth match. Only one match ended in a draw with Derby on February 2. The club had their two match winning streak with Batuque and Castilho, then their two match losing streak to Ribeira Bote and Falcões and again a two match winning streak with Amarante and Ponta d'Pom. The final match was lost to Derby.
